Privacy policy

This policy describes how the site works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

VodClipsLab is built to collect as little as possible. It has no analytics, no advertising code, no cookies, no accounts and no forms that send data anywhere.

Who is responsible

“We” means Unbounded Frontier LLC, which operates this site. Privacy questions go to this address: info@unboundedfrontier.com. This policy applies from the day the site goes live.

What happens when you visit

Hosting. The site is planned to be served by Cloudflare Pages, and its domain is registered through Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as IP address, the page requested, the time and browser information, under its own privacy policy. The site itself runs no server code and keeps no logs of its own.
Links to vendors. These are ordinary links. The site has no /go/ redirects and logs no clicks.

What the site does and does not use

Analytics: none. No analytics script loads on any page.
Advertising: none. No advertising code loads on any page.
Cookies: the site sets none.
Saved in your browser: if you change the stream controls, your hours per stream and streams per week are saved in your own browser’s local storage so that pages can reuse them. They are not sent to the site, and clearing your site data removes them. If you copy a share link, those two numbers are part of that link.
Email forms, comments and accounts: none. The site has no form that sends data anywhere.
Other companies’ files: none. Pages load everything from vodclipslab.com. The only request a script makes is the Find box fetching the site’s own search index.
Tools: the calculator, picker and safe-zone overlay run in your browser. An image you choose in the overlay is not uploaded.

If any of this changes, this page will be updated and the change listed in the corrections and update log.

Data from people who contact us

Contact address: info@unboundedfrontier.com. If you write to it, we will see your email address and what you send. We plan to use it only to answer you, to fix a mistake you reported, or to act on a takedown request. Mail handling and retention are not yet decided. See the contact page.

Test footage and raters

The planned test dataset may involve gameplay footage and, if raters are used, their access details. Rules for footage, and for how a person’s stream appears, are in the test footage policy. Footage can contain voices and faces. Any permission and removal rules for that material are set out there, not here.

Links to other sites

Pages link to vendors and platforms, and to FTC and other public pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices that we do not control. No affiliate links are live today. If any are added, the affiliate disclosure describes how they would work, and this page will be updated first.

Rights and jurisdictions

Some places give people rights over their personal data, such as access, correction or deletion. This policy does not claim compliance with any specific law. Questions about your data go to this address: info@unboundedfrontier.com.

Children

The site is not directed to children, and it has no way of identifying a visitor’s age.

Changes

This policy applies from the day the site goes live. Later changes will be dated and listed in the corrections and update log.
